Activity Logs
Viewing account actions via the Activity Log
You can view a timeline of actions on your account with the related IP addresses.
This includes;
- Successful and unsuccessful login attempts
- Account locks and unlocks
- Password resets
- Alternative email changes
You can view these by;
- Select My Account
- Selecting Activity on the left side of the page. This shows a timeline of actions on your account. (screenshot of this)
These logs are not subject to any automatic deletion or expiry, and logs can be viewed back to when the account was originally created.

Updated 121 days agoIssue with sending and forwarding to Yahoo email addresses

We are currently experiencing problems with our email services. Some emails sent to Yahoo servers are being deferred. This may include sent emails as well as forwarded emails. We are investigating this problem and working to resolve it as quickly as possible. We apologise for the inconvenience. We will provide an update once this problem is resolved.
We have received a response from Yahoo with confirmation that this problem has been resolved. The email queue is steadily reducing and our service should be back to normal soon.
The email queue has cleared and our service is back to normal. We’ll continue monitoring in case Yahoo makes any further policy changes.
Server Maintenance - Monday July 7th 2025

We will be performing some server maintenance starting today, planned for the next few days.
Services will remain available while the maintenance work is carried out, with a low risk of some minor disruption and performance degradation.
